Next school year, Harkers Island Elementary School will begin a heritage curriculum. Things will include storytelling, net mending, boat building, and much much more. There will be a planing meeting at HIES on Monday May 18th at 6:30 pm. Parents, grandparents, and community Members are invited to attend
