Thank you to all those who contributed to the spaghetti fundraiser. It was a great success raising about $100 for both the Royal Rangers and Missionettes. You just can’t beat good food with good people for a good cause.

The Lord has been good to us. Each one of us are living testimonies to what God has done in our lives. We rejoice in the power & promise of Easter. From Gethsemane to the Cross Jesus had every opportunity to turn away from his commitment to us. But Jesus “humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross” (Philippians 2:8Philippians 2:8
English: King James Version (1611) - KJV
8 And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross. fashion: or habit ).As Christians we are called to spread the Gospel and help lead souls to Christ (Psalm 40:8-10Psalm 40:8-10
English: King James Version (1611) - KJV
8 I delight to do thy will, O my God: yea, thy law is within my heart. within...: Heb. in the midst of my bowels 9 I have preached righteousness in the great congregation: lo, I have not refrained my lips, O LORD, thou knowest. 10 I have not hid thy righteousness within my heart; I have declared thy faithfulness and thy salvation: I have not concealed thy lovingkindness and thy truth from the great congregation. ).As Jesus said in the “Sermon on the Mount” in Matthew 5:15-16Matthew 5:15-16
English: King James Version (1611) - KJV
15 Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. a bushel: the word in the original signifieth a measure containing about a pint less than a peck 16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven. “Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; it giveth light unto all that are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven“.We need to come together. Paul said, “forbearing (holding up) one another in love.” I can’t do it by myself. We must come together in unity to reach out to the men in this church and around the community.
