Meet our Pastor

Even though growing up in the small town of Lamar, SC, God had other plans for Pastor Stacy Watford. Through the providence of God, Pastor Watford is now in North Carolina pastoring the Harkers Island Pentecostal Holiness Church.

Pastor Watford attended and graduated Holmes Bible College between the years of 1997 - 2001. Holmes is known as being the oldest Pentecostal school in existence today. It was at Holmes that he received training in Biblical Studies and Missions & Evangelism Ministries. It is also at Holmes where he met his ministry partner and wife, Sister Kim. Together they serve as a team, sharing the burden to tell the Gospel Message.

Sister Kim has been actively involved in Children’s Ministries; teaching in Sunday School, Children’s Church, & Missionettes.

Bro. Watford has pastored two other churches prior to coming to Harkers Island. The call on his life is taken from Ephesians 3:8Ephesians 3:8
English: King James Version (1611) - KJV

8 Unto me, who am less than the least of all saints, is this grace given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ;

I should preach…the unsearchable riches of Christ“. He has preached many revivals and on 10 August 2007 Pastor Watford preached the 9 :30AM service of the Falcon Camp Meeting in the historic Octagon Tabernacle.Pastor Watford appreciates the opportunity to minister at the Harkers Island Pentecostal Holiness Church. It is our hope that, together, we can reach many lost souls for the Kingdom of God.
